“I have read, and I believe, the reviews here. I know that people have some negative experiences with repair companies. This review, however, is about two positive experiences I have had with Mr. Appliance. In 2020 our Electrolux washer went out while a house full of people were here. Within two days they were here, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it immediately. And recently, our refrigerator ice maker sprung a leak. Our technician, Tim, was out the next day, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. It arrived in 4 days and Tim was out that day to install it. He was professional, courteous, and punctual. Great job, Mr. Appliance!”
