“I requested service due to my French door refrigerator and ice maker not working. Sebastian, was able to complete a thorough diagnostic by stripping my refrigerator apart to figure out the issue. After the thorough assessment, and testing there was no signs of malfunctions. Mr. Sebastian continue to work on the refrigerator by unplugging and resetting techniques. He was very patience and knowledgeable. He even agreed to come back to the home to check if the refrigerator will start working. Around 7:30pm, I checked the refrigerator and it was cooling and making ice. Won’t he do it. Although, the refrigerator was working, Sebastian still came by the house as promised. My husband and I looked at the reviews for Mr Appliance in Newnan and we saw that people were pleased with their service. We scheduled an appointment and our service man was named Sebastian. Wow- Sebastian was on time, extremely kind but most of all, very knowledgeable about my washing machine and its issue. His knowledge made me feel confident and comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Sebastian resolved it by replacing the worn suspension rods. He even offered feedback on how to keep the suspension rods from wearing down as well as other pertinent advice for future appliance purchases/investments. “My wife and I were recently met with news that our dryer needed parts the cost of which exceeded its value. We've used Mr. Appliance (in Newnan) over the years for service-related needs and have ALWAYS been VERY happy with the service they've provided! So we called their new appliance department yesterday. Brian answered our SOS call at about 12:00 pm. By 12:30, he had researched various options and delivered 3 quotes. By 4:30 pm, he and Bruce were delivering a GE Profile One-And-Done (all-in-one) washer/dryer combination to our home and, by 5:30, were hauling-off the old washer/dryer, after professionally installing and explaining how to use our new all-in-one machine! While the machine is quite impressive, I was equally impressed with Brian. As a business owner, myself, I know that people aren't our greatest resource - the RIGHT people are our greatest resource. Brian's phone etiquette, attitude, responsiveness and professionalism made a hard day a little better. The new washer/dryer was expensive, but Brian's help and can-do attitude brought tremendous value! He was mighty helpful and delivered a wonderful service with a smile.
