Picking a service company from a list makes me uneasy but the reviews for Mr Appliance of Spring Hill seemed promising. From my first contact I felt reassured I made a great choice. Mary explained everything I needed to know beforehand and sent me an appointment confirmation that included the name and photo of the technician, Christopher. He was very professional and easy to talk to, he kept me informed throughout the process and gave me helpful tips to prevent future issues. His work was excellent and our fridge was getting cold before he left. The bill was completely reasonable.
So impressed with Mr. Appliance of Spring Hill! My washing machine was leaking all over the laundry room, and I was honestly dreading the hassle of getting it fixed. But the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. The technician showed up right on time, was super courteous, and got straight to work. He found the issue quickly, had the part on hand, and had everything back up and running within the hour. No mess, no surprises—just solid, professional service. I really appreciate the honesty and efficiency. I won’t hesitate to call them again!

I was having some leaking issues under my sink. Everything was old and in need of replacing. Malik came out and changed everything that needed replacing in a timely and professional manner and I was charged (what I consider) a very reasonable price. He was very nice, very efficient and unbothered by my dogs that wanted badly to say hi lol! I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again, in fact I definitely will be using them again for my many other projects! Thank you so much Malik for your kind, courteous and efficient service!!!! The technician arrived on time, was able to determine the problem with our washer and remedied the problem immediately. He had a great personality and was very easy to deal with. I love being able to book appointments online as that was a fabulous time saver.

Our refrigerator stopped working and we needed it repaired quickly. Mr. Appliance came to the rescue and sent Jay to have a look. An order was put in for the required part and it was all fixed within two days of my first call. Very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again.

Chris and Mary were excellent to work with. Mary was very helpful on the phone with scheduling and communicating changes. Chris was friendly, thorough and fixed the problem quickly. Asked questions to get a full diagnosis of the problem with my washer. Highly recommend and will use in the future!

The scheduling of an appointment happens in a timely manner. Technicians are professional and courteous. Parts are ordered quickly and turn around times are within a few days of ordering a part. Excellent service.
