“Malone came out. Diagnosed the problem. He ordered the parts while he was here. He came back the next morning with the new parts and got the job done in a reasonably short period of time. He's friendly and professional. He did a great job.”

“I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance of Grand Rapids. Our oven wasn't working properly on Sunday night and we contacted them right away this morning and the technician had it fixed before 1 pm with a one year warranty. Ignore the angry negative reviews and I will definitely use this place for all of my appliance needs. Thanks again!!!”
