Jairo did a great job diagnosing and fixing our broken washing machine. He had the needed replacement part (drain pump) on the truck so the job was completed in one visit. He was prompt, courteous and friendly. We were completely satisfied with the service.

Very happy Mr. Appliance came to my rescue. My refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly. I reached out to them and they came within a day! Daniel, the tech was wonderful, he was thorough and explained my options. He was honest, respectful and worked to solve the problem. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

Called on a Friday afternoon for a dryer repair, was immediately scheduled for Monday! They sent me a pic of my repairman the night before with my window timeframe. The morning of, they told me he was on his way, he was here within 1/2 hr. Jairo, the repairman, was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He told and showed me everything he was doing. Will definitely use Mr. Appliance again!
