You can tell that Nelson has had years of experience. He was amazing at solving a problem with the fridge and he was diligent about fixing it and it was beyond reasonable pricing.

My oven went out on New Year's Day. I contacted Mr. Appliance by email early on the 2nd to schedule an appointment. I received a call back as soon as they opened and they were able to repair, the oven that same day. Nelson was extremely considerate of my house and communicated clearly about the replacement part and repair. Lovely people to work with! I will be using this company in the future for all my appliances.

We had had two technicians from other companies out previously to help with our dishwasher issue before contacting Mr. Appliance. The person who answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. She scheduled us for service later that afternoon. We received a text when our service professional was thirty minutes away. Nelson was super helpful, knowledgeable, and fixed our problem within minutes. We will definitely use Mr. Appliance for future issues.
