I cannot say enough about Mr. Appliance and the service they provided. To be completely honest, I hadn't heard of this service when our heat pump dryer stopped drying. I made a mistake asking another local small company that has not been trained in this newer technology. Kyle was fast, professional and friendly. These are my goto guys for the future!

Nova arrived right on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable. She was considerate and professional. Had my dryer up and running quickly. I also had an excellent experience with their front office. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance.

I had a broken dryer. Appointment was easy to schedule. The employee that assessed the problem was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. A part had to be ordered and came within a week. The part was installed a week after the assessment visit and fixed the problem. The second visit had the same characteristics of the first. Would recommend.
