Mr. Appliance of Ann Arbor was super in scheduling service. Technician’s that arrived thoroughly evaluated the appliance, communicated with manufacture tech support and were able to Diagnose the issue. Same technicians returned within a week with the new parts and completed work in an appropriate amount of time. Both technicians were very PROFESSIONAL, POLITE and EFFICIENT at their job. Technician explained the 1-year warranty thoroughly and was just very knowledgeable. Great experience overall. Job well done by Mr. Appliance of Ann Arbor 👍

The folks at Mr Appliance went above and beyond to help us with our double oven, which would lose temp and make it impossible to cook or bake. They were courteous and knowledgeable over the phone. Came out to offer a diagnosis when another service had given up. Got the parts and immediately installed, ran into a glitch they needed to fix, and followed thru. The work ethic and professionalism will not be forgotten. I strongly recommended this team. David Yentz👍

We had the motor fail on a SubZero refrigerator door. Scheduling from Mr. Appliance was easy. Technician David diagnosed the issue and presented options. The necessary part was ordered right away and the repair made expertly. Would definitely call Mr. Appliance again!

Couldn’t be happier with our recent experience with Mr Appliance - they will be our go-to for any future needs. Don was extremely helpful in locating the replacement part for our induction range and advising how to work with GE on warranty coverage. Frederick and Brian arrived at our home exactly as scheduled and were extremely professional and friendly during the visit. They quickly got our range operating again and were respectful of our home during repair. Excellent service and communication all around.

Jacob arrived, ahead of schedule, and he carried a small box. Based on my description of the problem, and his own extensive experience, he had diagnosed the issue. He worked quickly and efficiently, and the dishwasher was soon running perfectly. He was polite and friendly, and he cleaned up the work area when he was finished. The charge was quite reasonable. I heartily recommend Mr. Appliance, and especially Jacob, for any appliance service or repair.

The repair technician was very experienced, good at diagnosing the problem. He was careful not to damage the wood floor or cabnetry while removing the dishwasher. He also took the time to re-install so it looked centered and level. Very Satisfied.
