David was courteous, drove all over getting parts for our fridge, and had them installed that same day. A very good experience.

Making the appointment was easy online. Quick turnaround on getting someone to my house to repair my washer. Diagnosis of the problem was immediate. The two-person team that was sent to my house was professional and went to pick up the part needed and installed it with in 2 hours. I did a load of laundry as soon as they left and everything works great.

Service was prompt. David was very friendly and knowledgeable. He left to complete his other appointment at the end of the day and then even came back to finish the job with us staying until about 7 PM.

The serviceman found the problem fast but needed dome kind of spproval before fixing; the appliance was under warranty. It took 2 extra weeks to get fixed, but probanly not this company’s fault. The repair was done quickly the srcond visit; the repairman was pleasant and knowledgeable
