My Laundry dryer stopped producing heat. I did some online research and spoke with Mr Appliance. Everyone was very nice and quite cheerful. Jamie was the technician and came out the next morning as I requested. On time and very professional. Showed me the broken heating element, gave me a quote, had the part on hand. He used my shop vac to clean out all the lint and dryer was good as new all within an hour. THANKS Jamie!

Check up. Had Mr. Appliance come out and do a check up on our LG washer and dryer. Jamie was the tech and was on time and very friendly and explained everything he was doing and why. Jamie took time to answer questions about my other appliances which I really appreciated. Will be having back to do PM’s on our other appliances. A++.

Had problems with our Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator. Jamie, from Mr Appliance came out very promptly and diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it. We had some other concerns with the refrigerator, he gave us an estimate to remedy the problem. Parts came in 48 hrs. He came back and installed new parts and fixed some other components. Refrigerator should last another 10 years. Jamie was very personable and knowledgeable about appliances. Very nice guy. We would call him again for any other appliance problem. Ken was great! Super friendly and knowledgeable! They got the part ordered quickly and to us and were able to move up our appointment to get our fridge fixed! Do be warned that you have to pay for labor upfront. I don't care, but I know that is kind of off-putting for some people, but never fear! Ken did come back and fix our fridge and didn't just take our money and run! Lol Quick service, super nice people, would definitely use them again in the future!!
