I had a issue with my dishwasher and called at 9:15am to schedule an appointment and the lady that took my call said she could have someone to my home by 11am. At 10:20am the tech called and said he would be at my home within 10 minutes and he arrived and diagnosed my problem within 5 minutes. Very responsible company and the tech was very knowledgeable and corrected my issue! I would highly recommend this company for any appliance you may have.

Abit pricey for spending 15 mins to install oven door

Ken and Cameron were on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, explaining their diagnosis and recommendations. I am delighted they arrived the morning after my phone call. I had communication from the office as to the repairman, even sending a picture of Ken so I would feel safe. All in all, a wonderful experience and I would certainly recommend Mr. Appliance!

Jonathan was prompt and professional, and patient with me as I had to adjust appointment schedule a number of times. He came on a Tues, ran diagnostics on the dishwasher, ordered the part and showed up a few days later to quickly install it and get the dw up and running. I was very pleased with the service.
