Junior was my technician and he did a fantastic job. Even willing to work when it was 17°!!!! He has such knowledge, confidence and ability to communicate with the customer. And do a perfect job. I was even able to trust him to go into my place without my being there. Since it was 17°, I got to stay in a warm place while he worked in the freezing temp. I am so thankful that I started using Mr. Appliance. I had first called a company that didn’t have any idea what was wrong with the heating system, they worked for three hours and never got it working. Then I called a reputable company, I think Mr Appliance is rated top in Austin. Within 20 minutes of his arrival, Junior had diagnosed the problem. The right solution to fix it quickly. Junior deserves a really big raise! I am happy to recommend this company. And I’m sure if you use them you will be happy too!

I was having a problem with my dishwasher, the upper rack was broken and we had seen some water on the floor. I called Mr. Appliance and they came right out, chipped all my seals in the dishwasher and the only problem we really had was with the dishwasher rack. Dale our technician found our part and before he lleft, I had a price to have it repaired. Deal with very professional and personable. The whole experience is very positive.

My dryer wouldn't heat, I booked online, very easy and a window of only 2 hrs for their arrival so I wasn't stuck home all day waiting. They texted me to confirm who was going to do the job with picture and all, and called me 30 mins prior to him coming. Great service, got the job done, very professional.
