Very pleased with the speediness of booking an appointment, the promptness of the technician, the technician's diagnosis of the problem and the effectiveness for fixing the problem. An excellent company for appliance repair.
I had a great experience with Mr. Appliance of Beaumont. I called to schedule an appointment for dishwasher repair and a technician came out the next day. There was a hiccup with my appointment not getting on their schedule, but I called an hour or so before my appointment time that we had discussed the day prior (I hadn't gotten a notification they were coming so I wanted to check) and they had a technician show up at my appointment time. The technician was quick to address the issue and he was very friendly. I do like that the company texts a picture of the technician so you know ahead of time who to look for. I would definitely use them again.

I recently had work done on my 48”Thermador oven, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! The technician Richard arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the necessary repairs in a clear and understandable way. The work was completed efficiently, and my oven is now working perfectly again. I appreciated the attention to detail and the care Richard took to ensure everything was in top condition before finishing the job. He even took the time to show me how to change the light bulbs myself. Highly recommend Mr. Appliance for anyone in need of oven repairs!

When I called (note) every time I called Mr.Larry answered the phone so nice and polite. And he let me know who was coming out which was mr AJ he was nice and polite he was very patient with me. I would recommend Mr.Appliance too everyone i know. And they will be the first people i call if I need anymore work dne at my house. Thank you Mr. Appliances.

Mr. Larry is very professional and AJ did excellent job fixing my LG refrigerator. They diagnosed the problem and told me the best option to fix the refrigerator. I would recommend him to anyone.

Well, I called the same day and they came out which was a blessing for me because it was a rent house and I needed help with my appliances. The person that came out was so cordial and so nice went right to work on the job and I was very satisfied.

It’s such a pleasant surprise when a company focuses on great service! I was offered a same day appointment that was on time and efficient! My technician even removed his shoes before entering my house!

I would recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone having an issue with one of their appliances. I had an issue with my Maytag washing machine so I called Mr. Appliance. Larry set an appointment time and then the tech called when he was on the way, and sent a photo of himself so I would know who to expect.The tech was knowledgeable, had the correct tools, diagnosed the problem and fixed it very expediently.

Excellent communication from the beginning! Larry had a same-day opening and got me scheduled right away. AJ quickly diagnosed the issue and had my washing machine fixed in about 30 minutes. He even had the part on hand, which was amazing. Truly great service from friendly people.
