Tom was Prompt and upfront. I just knew he would be able to fix the problem. Our fridge wasn’t cooling so it was an emergency to us Tom was out the next day on time and knew what could be the problem and brought the parts. Left the workspace clean and fridge running! Will be my go to in the future.

Mr. Appliance service is highly appreciated,we called and they came out the next day. I guess we were lucky that day...lol. Our dryer is purring like a cat now.

This is the second time using Mr. Appliance. Both times have been a wonderful experience. The office was sympathetic to my situation and got a technician out right away. My technician Ryan is awesome! Professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. He fixed the problem quickly and perfectly.
