Mike from Mr. Appliance Berrien County did a great job repairing our oven! He arrived on time, was very pleasant to work with and had the issue diagnosed quickly. The parts arrived earlier than expected and he was even able to come back and repair the oven a day sooner than we originally scheduled for. After accidentally breaking my Samsung refrigerator ice maker, I called Mr Appliance for service. Spoke with Claire who took my information, was able to schedule me for service within 3 days, and said I would receive a notice of the technician’s name and arrival time the day before service. The day of service, the technician (Mike) was able to arrive a little earlier which was great. He introduced himself, went right to work and fixed the ice maker promptly. He answerer questions I had and was very helpful. I used Mr Appliance previously for my washing machine repair and was pleased to find out their service and technicians were still reliable. I plan to continue to use them for appliance repairs when needed and recommend them to my family and friends.
