Really great experience with Mr. Appliance. Microwave, which was part of in-wall convection/microwave combo, died. Our tech, Randy, quickly diagnosed the problem and even though the part was out of production, Mr Appliance tracked one down in a tiny town in Georgia. Randy returned when the part arrived and expertly got everything in working order. Special shout out to Randy. He was a total gentleman, conscientious and clearly cares about his work.

Duane came out right away and was so thorough, fixing my dishwasher quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and professional. Will definitely call them again if I need more appliance repair!

Excellent experience. Making an appointment was super easy and they called the next morning to let me know who would be coming out and what time. Randy, the technician, was very knowledgeable! He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it right away. No hidden fees and was transparent about the work he was doing, the parts he was replacing. He was also very respectful of our home and left the work area clean. Would highly recommend.

The entire experience was phenomenal. Very quick to schedule (next day) to come to my house to diagnose the appliance problem. Very quick to get the replacement parts (2 days) and very quick to complete the repair 1 day queue). Additionally, everything worked in the first repair (diagnosis was correct). I highly recommend.

Using Mr Appliance was a great experience. I was updated on the delivery of the disposal and scheduled for install. Notification was sent about the time of the install and even received a photo of the technician to do the install. Stephen arrived on time and did a great job.
