Before I decided to call Mr Appliance I Checked out the reviews they had and all of them were top notch and the name that kept coming up for superior customer service was Tim, let me tell you this man was as best as they come , very honest and trustworthy My fridge was FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME 🙌 he kept me up to date on everything he did Mr Appliance keep this man on your team no matter what he is really a godsend cause I’m only recommending

Had a great experience with Jeffrey Lane the technician. Diagnosed the problem quickly and had the solution solved the next day. Part came in and our refrigerator is back to normal thanks to Jeff. I have used Mr. Appliance a couple of times now. The customer service is spectacular!

Tim King was a very kind young man. We requested him since he has helped us before. He really knows how to fix things! Today he installed a new garbage disposal and last time fixed our water filter. We have had Mr Appliance come out 4 times this year… They fixed our oven & Fridge… all of their guys have been very professional & fixed all of our appliances… We will definitely ask for Tim next time something needs fixing. He’s very personable & made us laugh! We wish him the best & look forward to seeing his smiling face next time… Thank you for squeezing us in the next day from calling you🙏🏼 & for rearranging to send him in our window of availability . The young lady on the phone was very friendly & helpful as well! Thank you all🙏🏼
