Mr. Appliance works with you until your problem is solved. They stand behind their work and wants to make sure the customer is satisfied. They took an outdated old unit and brought it back to life. I recommend them to anyone needing service on Appliances.

Noah was amazing and very professional. I was able schedule an appointment very quick, and Noah had my problem diagnosed within several minutes of taking a look. They shipped a part in, which only took a few days, and my fridge was all fixed in less than a work week. Quick, painless, great communication, and relatively inexpensive. Would highly recommend.

Noah was fantastic. He gave us plenty of notice prior to his visit, arrived precisely at 8am, quickly diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher and made the needed repair in a timely manner. Literally the only company that stood by your advertisement. So many say same day service but you were the only ones that actually showed up on the same day I called. Thank you the service was great 5 stars all the way
