It was excellent. He was conscience and well prepared. Assessed the problem and was informative on what to do to prevent further issues. Delightful personality and considerate. Definitely will have him back for further needs and gladly recommend your company to others. I am older and appreciate finding a person that was trustworthy and professional. If I could afford to tip him or your company I would gladly have done it. But more then willing to recommend your services .

We have an old Sub-Zero combo (wine-cooler/refrigerator drawers), dating to 2001. It has three temperature zones, running on what is now pretty ancient technology. After years of slipping performance, it all hit the skids a month ago. It was a complex job, spread out over a few weeks (among other things, an old control board needed to be shipped off for repair). Dillon and Rick kept us completely up to date on everything, and completed the job early last week. It’s like we just had it installed. Couldn’t be happier with the work.

Due to delays (I'm sure this an everyday experience for this type of work) Dylan showed up and got it all resolved quickly and efficiently. We were happy to be back to normal operation. He added a simple fix to prevent this from happening again. All good.

Mr Appliance was able to send someone quickly. Lucas was our professional. He was respectful of our home by putting on shoe coverings. He was friendly and all costs were known up front. The follow up was scheduled and Lucas was there at the appointed window of time. My only comment was that it took some time and a few phone calls to get our online receipt . I would use them again.

First, nothing was really done and I’ll explain. I called and talked to Charli, to make the appointment. She was AWESOME! Then, Plil came out, also awesome! He ordered a part and came back out to find it was the wrong part. When the correct part came in, I had experienced and unexpected financial issue, preventing me from fixing the ice maker. I called and talked to Jessica, who was awesome. I drove the part back to their office and spoke to both Charli and Jessica, who were more awesome in person. With all the awesomeness in the office, they can’t help, but do quality work.
