Justin serviced our dryer on Friday, and was professional, kind and thorough.

Justine fixed our refrigerator with a new defroster controller and plate, saving us hundreds of dollars in either a new compressor or refrigerator. Great repair thank you.

Mr Appliance was able to send someone quickly. Lucas was our professional. He was respectful of our home by putting on shoe coverings. He was friendly and all costs were known up front. The follow up was scheduled and Lucas was there at the appointed window of time. My only comment was that it took some time and a few phone calls to get our online receipt . I would use them again.

First, nothing was really done and I’ll explain. I called and talked to Charli, to make the appointment. She was AWESOME! Then, Plil came out, also awesome! He ordered a part and came back out to find it was the wrong part. When the correct part came in, I had experienced and unexpected financial issue, preventing me from fixing the ice maker. I called and talked to Jessica, who was awesome. I drove the part back to their office and spoke to both Charli and Jessica, who were more awesome in person. With all the awesomeness in the office, they can’t help, but do quality work.

We just worked with Mr. Appliance to have our refrigerator repaired. I wasn’t sure who to reach out and I’m glad we went with this company! They were incredibly responsive over email and easy to schedule with. They ended up needing to send the tech out a few times to get the issue fully resolved, but everything was part of our initial charge and they were a pleasure to work with. I appreciated that they were really committed to fixing the issue so we could continue using our older but good quality refrigerator. I’ll call them again the next time we have any appliance repair needs!
