I was very pleased to get an appointment so quickly and then they arrived on time, were very professional, and went the extra mile by contacting manufacturer warranty dept on my behalf. Aside from my washing machine being out of commission, I was very happy with the experience as a whole.

The service to set up the appointment was friendly and efficient. Communication was excellent during the whole process.
