I received a visit from the repair company the same day I contacted them.

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Appliance. I had originally tried to book with a different company in town and they never showed up and never called. On a Friday evening I was able to book an appointment for Monday to have my dishwasher looked at. Andrew was right on time, so friendly, and helpful. He had our dishwasher up and going in no time. I’ll definitely use them in the future!

Mr. Appliance was great to deal with, from the first call for service to the quick completion of the repairs to our warrantied dryer, several days later. Henry the technician was polite, punctual and professional, company communications were thorough from confirming the appointments to the technician “on his way” comms. Couldn’t ask for a better service organization, all other service providers should take lessons from how this local organization operates. Thanks Henry…you rock…!

The service to set up the appointment was friendly and efficient. Communication was excellent during the whole process. Henry, our repair technician, was fantastic, friendly, organized, and cleaned up everything when finished. The entire repair happened within a week, including delivery of a part to our home. My service tech Henry is an outstanding young man. The only complaints is offshore scheduling. If it wernt for a recommendation I would have hung up when I heard offshore It is an insult to me that you can't hire American

Andrew was our technician, he was very knowledgeable ,pleasant, and easy to work with. The only problem we had was the replacement part getting to him, that was out of their control. As soon as he had the part in hand he was here the next day to fix our fridge.I will not hesitate to call on them again.

Great company, two day response to trouble shoot refrigerator compressor and repaired two days later. Came back next day to fix noise issue. I’ve used other Neighborly companies in the past with satisfaction.

Andrew was able to get us in his schedule 1.5hrs before our scheduled time. He was polite, knowledgeable and quick with his repair. I thought that it would take days to be seen but they were able to get us seen the same day that I called. They even had parts on hand.
