I called about an issue with my GE dishwasher and instead of just booking an appointment and sending somebody out to take my money, she gave me a couple simple tips to help me troubleshoot my issue. It was a very simple fix. It’s nice to see a business that has good honest people working for them. This was my best experience with setting up a repair request and having a fast knowledgeable repair technician show up diagnosing the problem and returning with in a few days time with parts to repair quickly.
