Of course I was devastated when my Maytag washing machine would fill up but not go into the other cycles! This is not good! Scrolled through many appliance service companies and started reading the reviews for Mr. Ace appliances. Every single one was outstanding. And they apply the service call charge to whatever repairs have to be made. They sent a picture of the service man with an estimated two hour time limit as to when he would arrive. When Chris arrived, he very neatly took everything apart, assessed it, and then found the correct part that I needed! He then drove downtown to pick it up in noon J traffic! Then he returned replaced the part and I received a one year warranty also. All this for 1/3 of what it would’ve taken to replace this washer! And it’s 14 years old! So excellent! I would recommend them to anyone!
