I cannot recommend Mr Appliance enough. My refrigerator stopped working after some huge storms here in Nashville, and Bosch sent me a list of approved technicians. I’m so glad I called Mr Appliance. Eric was professional, prompt and kept me in the loop as to what was going on with the issue. It was a very complicated repair and he went to bat to get the parts covered under the warranty. What was a very costly replacement became just a service call charge. Do not hesitate to call them for your issue. They are skilled, organized and lovely to deal with.
