Very easy to schedule with, needed parts ordered for our dryer after having it looked at on Friday and it was good as new by Monday! Logan did an excellent and was very friendly

Great service! They were able to assess and repair my dryer in a timely manner. Logan was our tech, he was very knowledgable and gave advice on preventative maintenance.

While staying at my daughter’s home and caring for her pets, I discovered her refrigerator was not cooling and the freezer had frosted over. Pete answered every question, followed through on every detail, and truly earned trust through his communication and actions. They were quick to schedule my appointment for repair. They even had a few openings a day before and got me in. The technician was very friendly and explained everything. If any of the other appliances breaks I will definitely give them a call!

Impressed with their excellent service!! Always let me know a two hour span of time they would be here and then came on time. Repaired my 30 year old stove so it works like new even though the company quit making parts for it 15 years ago! And the stove certainly did not cooperate but the service people worked on it until it was perfect! And they gave me a dollar amount it would cost to fix it up front and even though they had to come back several times because of the stove so obstinate - the charges were spot on! If I have to repair any other appliances I will be calling them! Could not be happier with their service and attention to detail!!

We are very satisfied with the service we received from Mr. Appliance. We appreciated the photo of the service rep, Logan, before he arrived at our door. Logan was prompt, he was conscientious, he made two trips, and completed the work quickly.
