“We have used Mr. Appliance for both our refrigerator and the wall unit that includes a microwave/conventional oven on the bottom. Although we called them because we had broken appliances which is often part of life, we had very positive experiences with them.😊 Both experiences were terrific… they were a joy to work with - from the initial phone call seeking help/booking appointments, to the actual repair visits. “Joe was our repair guy and he did an outstanding job! We’ve gone months without water or ice in our fridge because other repair guys couldn’t figure out what was wrong and Joe figured it out within 30 minutes. Came back a few days later with the part we needed and within another 30 minutes fixed the fridge. We also got lucky cause he was able to fix our dryer the day of. This company is amazing and I highly recommend them. It’s just a shame I didn’t know about them sooner.”

“Your tech came out (he was prompt & courteous). Gave us a price. I felt like the price was reasonable. My wife wanted to buy a new unit so if you've ever been married, you know it's a losing battle to argue over things like this. Your Tech was gracious and understood so we paid him $150.00 service fee and he left. I'm sorry we didn't take is advice and fix it. Charlie”

“Mr Appliance is a delightful company to deal with. They text you when they are scheduled to arrive with a photo of the technician. arrive on time and finish the job efficiently. And if you call them with a question they call back promptly if you leave a message. And my dryer is now working perfectly.”
