Great communication, on time, and appliance fixed! Originally booked w Sears, because they had earlier availability, but they canceled day of. Happy to have worked with Mr Appliance instead, should've booked them in the first place. Will definitely recommend and use again!

Mr. Appliance couldn't be more efficient or organized. Often times you call repair services and the customer service is mediocre at best, don't call you back, etc. This group was all over it, even when they got a bad part they kept in touch and offered to pay for overnight shipping of the Replacement part. To me that says it all. Mark was terrific, knew exactly what he was doing (and strong enough to lift a dryer off the floor onto its stand). It all was a seamless experience for us.
