The repairman was on time, and polite. He knew what needed to be done and installed a new part.
Great experience. Tim was exceptional, professional, and explained the issue and the possible fixes. We opted to fix it and all is working well.
The technician was prompt and pleasant. He fixed my refrigerator and he was just a good guy, he made me feel comfortable. Great customer service.
I called them at 8:00 in the morning and they had someone out here by1230pm the same day. The service person's name was Joe. He was very knowledgeable working on my refrigerator he said he had 26 years of service not with this company but had worked for 26 years in his field. I would recommend this company for anyone and I'm very pleased and very thankful and the price was very reasonable. v. Shrum

The service and communication was beyond what I hoped for! This facet of the company has their service completely dialed in. I will be calling them for any future home appliance fixes I can't DIY. Mr. Appliance of Chattanooga is by far the best service company I've worked with in my 5 years of owning my space.

Ice maker quit working Chad thought it was the water valve and it worked for about 2 weeks. When I called the office and told them what happened Chad replaced the entire ice maker at no charge. PARTS AND LABOR. Definitely a 5 star rating .

It was expensive but cheaper than buying a new dryer. Very efficient and got the job done.
