I really like that this company sends text updates about when the service person will arrive AND they send a photo of the repair person, so you know exactly who to expect and when. I felt really safe and secure, and confident about the pricing. Genuinely great service. I now have ice!

My washer has issues which I tried to resolve. The morning I called Mr. Appliance a same day appointment was available. I was happy to hear that news! I appreciate being told upfront service charge fee and the tech would give additional price for parts/labor. There were no hidden cost. Mr. Mike Lovvo arrived within the time frame given. He was courteous, respectful of property, efficient with troubleshooting problems. He explained what he was doing and had done to resolve my washer problem. He gave advice how to protect my unit during storm power surges. My repair was very affordable. I will definitely be calling "Mr. Appliance" should I need appliance service again. I had home warranty but was displeased with it and was hoping to find alternative and I did..

Reached out for a broken ice-maker. In addition to being clogged there is a good chance I made it worse by removing the clog and causing a leak. Matthew to the rescue! He showed up for the first visit and I was unable to be there but my wife was home and he was so incredibly respectful of our home and space. He diagnosed the problem, protected our floors and furniture, put the ice maker back, and notified my wife of the need to order a part which had to come directly from ULine. A little while later I was contacted by the company that the part was ready and AGAIN Matthew was back to rescuing us from an ice-free existence. Full disclaimer: I nearly flooded my basement when I did it wrong the last time and put the drain improperly through the floor. Fortunately the basement is unfinished but it sounded like a waterfall. OOPS! Matthew, however, did not judge (well, we probably didn’t say anything because I was embarrassed at not knowing what I was doing). Anyhow, he returned with part in hand, expertly installed, hooked up the drain, and we once again have perfect ice. Seriously one of the nicest people we’ve met in a long time, did great work, kind, respectful, and has integrity that knows no limits. If anything else breaks, we are going to call Mr. Appliance and I hope that none of the other professionals mind if we request him again because that experience cannot have been better. Love the way Mr. Appliance does business. They are professional, you know who your tech will be, they keep you updated via text, reasonably priced, and do great work. I highly recommend this company.

The heating element in my dryer went out overnight and after a quick call to Mr. appliance, I was able to get service the same day. My technician, Matt, out of the small amount of time I spoke with him was nothing but courteous and professional. He walked me through the problem and provided me everything upfront. Explained the warranty and was just all around super respectful. Any other day or circumstance we could have been friends. He’s someone I’d definitely trust to call again for any issues.

The repairman was very polite and courteous. There was snow outside, so he put down a clean mat in front of my door, and donned shoe covers before entering my home. He explained exactly what was wrong with my dryer, as well as what all of the new parts were for. This was the best repair service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this company.
