The office staff was friendly. My washer wouldn't spin and they gave me an appointment within a day. The technician was friendly and arrived on time. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Very happy with the service all around.

My gas oven igniter died on me. James had it fixed in no time. Quick efficient, clean and professional. James was a pleasure. He is an animal lover which was a plus for my cats and unruly puppy The price was fair. I'm so relieved to have found Mr. Appliance.

Mr. Appliance called the next day to set up an appointment and was very professional and timely.
Johnathan arrived timely and replaced the auto igniter in my gas oven. Very efficient and done in less than an hour. He is very knowledgeable and came prepared with the part. Thank you
