Mr. Appliance gets an A+ in my book. We had a dryer go out late on a Friday with a newborn and four adults in the house and mounds of laundry to do. Heather (the friendliest voice on the phone) bent over backwards to get our unit looked at that day. Bjourn, the Speed Queen King technician of all technicians, diagnosed the issue and ordered the part on the spot. He had us up and running by Tuesday. Love, love their kindness, professionalism and competence. Mr. Appliance has gained a client for life for whatever appliance has an issue in our home.

I was able to receive a quick appointment and the Tech was friendly and on time. A part had to be ordered and the second appointment was equally prompt. The rates are reasonable and the tech was professional. Win win. I will use Mr Appliance again.
