Very prompt and friendly, technician knew exactly what he was doing.
RV refrigerator stopped working. Professional tech showed up (wearing bootie to keep floor clean), diagnosed the problem quickly, presented a solution, then went to work. Problem fixed, refrigerator is now working. I couldn't have been happier with them. I recommend.
Jeremy showed up during confirmed time slot, quickly diagnosed and replaced a blown dryer heating element.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Appliance of Denver and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and prompt in answering all of my questions. I called when my dishwasher’s center arm broke off. They asked some key questions and were honest and up front about rather or not repair was the best solution for me. They even gave me recommendations on good replacement brands that had fewer repair issues. I appreciate their expertise, efficiency in responding to my needs and their honesty. I will definitely be using them again for any future appliance repairs. Highly recommend!

They were easy to schedule (next day service) arrived early, follow-up call was next day. Great service and very capable!
Jeremy was amazing. Mr Applliance called within one hour of filing my insurance claim. They were here two hours later and he had the part for my ice maker. Left an hour later and it was fixed. Wow! I am so happy with there response and the results!

Christopher exceeded our expectations when our fridge quit working (right after the warranty expired). He was detail oriented and saved us money by conducting extra diagnostics and only replacing the parts that needed replaced. I also enjoyed talking with him while we finished payment.

Outstanding customer service. I called in the morning and they had a technician (Jamie) at my house the same day to fix my washer/dryer's (non-emergency) issues. Jamie was on the mf'n ball. Very happy with my experience.

They were prompt about scheduling an appointment. They had a nice 2 hour window of arrival and communicated when 15 minutes away. Very quick, very thorough, and problem was fixed. Will definitely use their services again.
