Great repair with professional tech who was prompt and very good in communicating and fixing our Freezer problem.

We want to give a huge shoutout to Kevin for his incredible dedication and hard work. He has been to my home multiple times troubleshooting a complicated oven and microwave issue, doing everything in his power to get it resolved. Despite the challenges, Kevin remained professional, courteous, and determined every step of the way. His knowledge, persistence, and genuine care for his work were evident each time he visited. Even though a full replacement is now needed, I truly appreciate the effort he put in. It was an absolute pleasure to have him around as well. He always took the time to greet my Pomeranians, and it was so sweet to hear about how he used to have some of his own. It’s clear that he’s not only a dedicated technician but also a kind and caring person. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your technician, you’re in great hands! 13/10 would recommend.
