My gas oven was not working properly. I made an appointment and technician came out the next day. Andrew, the technician was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue. He had the parts with him and was able to fix it quickly. My whole experience with this company and with the technician was very positive. They will be the people I call the next time I need an appliance fixed.
Showed up on time and took care of everything very professionally and proficiently. Thanks to Peter our fridge is working again!

I called Mr. Appliance after being treated quite rudely by another Service Repair business (did not return my call and then told me abruptly that they did not service any appliances made in the USA 😳). When contacting Mr. Appliance I was treated with efficiency and respect. They scheduled an appointment within a reasonable timeframe, and that appointment was confirmed with a four hour window via email. The evening before the appointment they confirmed a modified two-hour timeframe which freed up some time for me (so appreciated!). Andrew S. arrived on time (I had received a text that he was on his way) and he very efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem with my 20-year-old Maytag Neptune Dryer. Neither of us could believe that he had the parts required in his truck! I was exceedingly pleased with the level of service from this establishment as well as the price. They will have all of my appliance repair business going forward.

My tech, Pete had to deal with sewage backed up into my washing machine. He went to the laundry room, cleaned it all up, then fixed it without so much as a single comment about the horrible conditions. He was in and out in under an hour. Amazing guy.
