Mr Appliance answered their phone on the 2nd ring!! Listened to my problem with my refrigerator and immediately scheduled an appointment for the same day!! After checking out everything the repairman found the problem, ordered the part and scheduled my repair appointment!!

LG Freezer drain got clogged, got frozen and was leaking onto the floor. I called Mr Appliance and got an appointment for the next day. Thomas arrived on time and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem, told me how much it would cost to fix it and completed the repair. The price was very reasonable, and the service was fantastic, I highly recommend. Thank you Mr Appliance!
