Excellent customer service. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and wonderful communication skills. Diagnosed the problem with my under counter ice maker and ordered the appropriate part. Returned within the week for the repair and also secured my dishwasher which was tilting forward. Very reasonable pricing. Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone.

Repairman Zachary got to us on time, detected the problem and after ordering the part got it installed quickly.
I had a leak from my refrigerator that was damaging my floors. You had someone to my house within the hour to access the problem and get the water turned off. The parts and labor to do the repair was reasonable. Highly recommend!

The technician arrived during appointed time.He was courteous and friendly. He was able to find the problem pretty quickly. Had to go get a part and on return was able to fix the washer within 30 min.

The tech, I believe his name was Kevin, was here early and asked questions about our oven so that he knew what problem to look for. He was working hard on it and quickly identified that the igniter was the problem, had one on his truck and had it fixed in no time. He was very nice and fully explained what he had done.
Kevin is definitely a very nice man who made sure my oven was working before he left. When it did not stay on after he replaced the part he continued to work on it until it was working. He did an excellent job!
