My stove had a problem. Half of it wouldn't turn on. Ryan was my technician. He was polite, hard working, and got the task done. He went above and beyond, this man needs to be given a raise. Seriously. We were talking about life and I paused him to have my son come and hear from someone else besides me. The man is a legit good person and is currently coaching my son with solid, responsible advice, even as I'm over here in the next room typing this review. He didn't even slow down his work, he's proficient and a decent person in one. I have no hesitations giving a five star review.

I had my dryer fixed a month ago and it ended up breaking again, but a different part. They came out the day after I called, were super detailed in explaining what was wrong and what the best (and most affordable) steps were going forward. My technician was Justin and I really appreciate him being so honest and helpful!

From the time I called till my dryer was fixed was less than 3 hours. My technician was extremely polite and very informative. Even tho it was a little more than I was hoping for, i will call them again as needed. Thank you for your prompt and friendly service.

Stephen (technician) was punctual and polite. He came in, assessed the situation, did a bit of research and took action. Service was excellent and effective! He gave me a few pointers on what to do IF there were any further issues. 5 stars!

Our dishwasher stopped working so I called Mr. Appliance, they scheduled me for the next day, sent me an informative confirmation email with the service technician's name and photo. They showed up on time, went right to work, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it with a part from their truck. Later that day, I discovered the dishwasher didn't seem to work, I called back, and they sent out the a technician the next morning, despite a nasty winter storm forecasted. They came out and turned on the water shut-off that I, the homeowner, had turned off the day before, at no additional charge. I really appreciate that kind of service and professionalism, I highly recommend you use these folks if you ever need any appliance service or repairs. I know I will.

My refrigerator stopped working after a power outage and restart. I have a home warranty plan and I called for service at 10:15 am and I was told the earliest appointment was 3 1/2 weeks out. So I called Mr. Appliance about 10:35 am ( because I had done business with them in the past), and they had a technician at my house by 2:00pm. He found the problem (caused by the power surge), but the part had to be ordered. The company had the part sent overnight by FedEx and they came back out to replace the part and my refrigerator was back up and running perfectly by 12:30pm the next day. I had no loss of food or dairy products.

The guys were on time and told me everything I needed to know they fixed my oven door without having to replace it and they didn’t have to do that other people would have made me pay for the part anyway. I get a refund now so I was very pleased

Honestly, I was grateful that I didn't have to repair our dryer myself. 😆 I was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning. Justin arrived on time and prepared. I was anxious about letting a stranger in the house but he was very professional. I'm not sure why this surprised me. In the end, I learned a few things and my dryer is once again producing heat. Haha Based on today's experience I would certainly recommend this company. Thank you for the quick and effective service.
