Our dishwasher stopped working so I called Mr. Appliance, they scheduled me for the next day, sent me an informative confirmation email with the service technician's name and photo. They showed up on time, went right to work, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it with a part from their truck. Later that day, I discovered the dishwasher didn't seem to work, I called back, and they sent out the a technician the next morning, despite a nasty winter storm forecasted. They came out and turned on the water shut-off that I, the homeowner, had turned off the day before, at no additional charge. I really appreciate that kind of service and professionalism, I highly recommend you use these folks if you ever need any appliance service or repairs. I know I will.

My refrigerator stopped working after a power outage and restart. I have a home warranty plan and I called for service at 10:15 am and I was told the earliest appointment was 3 1/2 weeks out. So I called Mr. Appliance about 10:35 am ( because I had done business with them in the past), and they had a technician at my house by 2:00pm. He found the problem (caused by the power surge), but the part had to be ordered. The company had the part sent overnight by FedEx and they came back out to replace the part and my refrigerator was back up and running perfectly by 12:30pm the next day. I had no loss of food or dairy products.

The guys were on time and told me everything I needed to know they fixed my oven door without having to replace it and they didn’t have to do that other people would have made me pay for the part anyway. I get a refund now so I was very pleased

Honestly, I was grateful that I didn't have to repair our dryer myself. 😆 I was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning. Justin arrived on time and prepared. I was anxious about letting a stranger in the house but he was very professional. I'm not sure why this surprised me. In the end, I learned a few things and my dryer is once again producing heat. Haha Based on today's experience I would certainly recommend this company. Thank you for the quick and effective service.

They were able to do a same day appointment. Came in they were very nice and super clean. Had the part already with them so had my dryer fixed in like 20 minutes! Cost what my husband and I thought for part and labor!

Great communication! They keep you posted on technician arrival. Justin helped with the non-working water dispensers in my fridge. He explained everything along the way and got my problem solved. I called them before for my dryer and will definitely call again should something else break down!
