From the time Andrew came to our door until he left, he was professional and put us at ease. He worked quick and efficiently and was very courteous the entire time. Great experience. Kept completely informed with appointments and really appreciated having a picture of Neal, my technician. I will definitely call for future needs. Neal did an excellent job. He was very polite, well prepared, professional, and made sure the oven was working properly before he left.
Scheduled for Thursday of this week but called back after they had a cancellation and we’re out on Tuesday. The tech, Neal was friendly, courteous and professional.

Made appointment and there was a mixup but was remedied quickly. Technician was even a little earlier than expected. He could not repair my oven but was spot-on in diagnosing where the problem could be. Was able to call an electrician and with the information your tech gave me had my oven repaired by the next day.
