Great first experience w Mr Appliance. Christian arrived shortly after his text message introduction. He promptly diagnosed the problem with my washer and quickly squared things away. Emiel was our service person with our broken oven. He found out the temperature sensor had gone out. It was ordered and 2 days later, Emiel was back with the new sensor and replaced it. He was very efficient and professional. We were pleased with the whole experience with Mr. Appliance and will use them again.
