A solid 5-⭐️ and here is why: I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Appliance thanks to their technician, Tim! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about the repair job. From the moment he arrived, he explained everything in simple terms and made sure I understood what needed to be done. He worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and even shared a few maintenance tips to help avoid future issues. It is rare to find service that combines skill and great customer care, but Tim truly delivered both. Highly recommend Mr. Appliance especially if you get Tim as your technician!
Mike, the technician came out and explained in easy to understand terms what the issues were and he listened to what I was saying.His estimates were spot on, and his work, impeccable. I won't hesitate to call if we have any future work.

Our technician Mike did a great job! Arrived right on time, was patient and thoughtful with his diagnosis, sorted the problem out correctly and accurately, and made friends with the dogs along the way. Perfect!

Timothy was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently. We scheduled the repair and Timothy came back, as we had to order parts. He was able to complete the job in the estimated time he provided. When dealing with the staff to schedule (with the company) they have been extremely helpful. The after hours call center team need a little work with the information they gather. To wrap it up. I would give Mr. Appliance an A+ because of the interaction with the main staff. Gorgina and Timothy definitely made this company stand out due to the interactions I had with them.

I now have a new Appliance Repair show that I'm going to call for all my Appliance service needs. The Technician Tim was absolutely fantastic! I'm going to request Tim whenever the appliance service/repair needs arise. He was very friendly and super professional! It took the time to explain everything that he was doing because I can pepper folks with questions. You can tell he really, really knows his stuff!
