I am a first time customer of Mr Appliance. They were professional, courteous and worked quickly to fix our ice maker. Tyler was our repairman and I think he was great. Even though I had to pay for his expertise, I enjoyed him be here. I would definitely recommend this company for your needs. Thank you all so much. Oh and Melissa on the phone was so helpful to us. Had a fantastic experience with Mr. Appliance and their technician, Tyler! Our gas oven needed repairs, and from start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Communication was excellent—from the initial contact to scheduling, text reminders, and updates along the way. My refrigerator would moan occasionally. Together Ethan, the tech and I sussed out the location to the motor area in the freezer. Sure enough, a small hose near the motor was pierced and leaking water and created an ice sculpture. He ordered the needed parts and quickly repaired the ice maker much faster than he had estimated so he reduced my bill based on the time spent. Great company!

Repairman was very knowledgeable and professional. He searched more than one company to find the correct igniter for my stove. Mr. Appliance company sends a picture of the repairman and expected time of arrival for each visit. “Customer Service” is their middle name.

Things have changed in 2021 and it's become more difficult to find parts. We have expanded our part networks to other whole sellers and using ALL avenues to try and get our customers repairs done quickly.
