I was very impressed with their timeliness. A company that shows up when they say they will. Tech called me in the morning, telling me half hour range when he would be at my home, and he was. Also tech was very knowledgeable. If he did not know the answer, he was honest about it and called someone to get an answer.
Prompt and professional. Fair price in repairing my refrigerator to proper working order. Required replacing the compressor which was under manufacturer's warranty.

Sean was punctual and did a great job. I was disappointed, however, that he would not vacuum out the hose that vents the hot air to the outside, especially when he had the dryer apart. Overall, very good service.
