I was extremely happy with the service tech that I had and I was very happy with the people that I spoke to on the phone however, the scheduling system part they seem to be a little bit with one hand didn’t know what the other was doing, but they were timely. They were pleasant. They were excellent as far as I’m concerned I would definitely go to them again they helped my 92-year-old aunt quickly and professionally. The price was a little bit high, but I trusted the repair service. Guaranteed for a year

They were prompt, friendly and efficient. I’d had 2 other Maytag repairmen from other companies work on my washing machine but it still didn’t work right. Mr. Appliance repairman did a master reset of the unit control panel and now it works like it should. I’m happy we found them! I will use them again.
