Had a washer leak. Mr. Appliance got someone out quickly. Had to order part, but we're given instructions on how to use the washer until part was available. Kind and informative. Will use this service again.

Mr. Appliance is the #1 business in Green Bay to get diagnostics and repairs on your appliances This was the second time Hunter has came to our home, this time for the refrigerator. His troubleshooting and problem solving abilities once again allowed us to save an appliance. Hunter is great to communicate with and goes above and beyond. He even called me the next day to see if our refrigerator was staying cold. 10/10

I had an ice maker that wasn’t working. From the call to Mr. Appliance for service, to Hunter who came to the house to diagnose and fix the problem, I received friendliness, a knowledgeable technician, and cleanliness after the job was completed. I highly recommend this company if you’re experiencing any appliance issues!

I had Mr. Appliance come to repair the automatic icemaker in my freezer. I was sent a picture of the service professional before he arrived. Michael was very polite and got right to it. He explained things as he went along so that I understood exactly the problem and how to avoid these issues in the future. The space was cleaned before he left. I was very pleased with the service and will use them again.

Very professional and analyzed issue quickly. Repair was taken care of and technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. A bit pricey but would rather pay a bit more for quality work and not have additional issues.

Extremely easy process, with excellent service. Had our 4 year old washing machine quit on us, and our technician, Hunter was here the next morning. Within 30 minutes, he diagnosed the problem. Three days later, he was back with the part and had it installed and running in 15 minutes. For less than half the cost of a new washer of similar quality, we were back in business. We never had to leave the house, nor clean any sort of mess afterward. Hunter was great and I highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Green Bay!

They came out and fixed my dishwasher in record time. We needed to have a part ordered and it was here within a week and they scheduled us right away to have the technician, Michael, come out it together. He was very kind and personable. Would definitely recommend their services.

just had repairs done to our dishwasher. they got the thing repaired 2 days early and the individual doing the work was a young man by the name of Hunter. great! employee knows his stuff and we enjoyed having him here fixing the dishwasher 0
