Great experience with Mr. Appliance. Our repairman, Carlos, was fantastic--I was initially worried that he was young (we determined that my Jenn-Aire stove was about his age), but he really knew his craft and did an outstanding job. I really appreciated his willingness to think outside the box, in sourcing parts for such an older appliance, and for his dedication to keeping these older workhorses functioning. I detest the notion of "planned obsolescence" in quality appliances, and glad to find a young acolyte who shares that attitude. Will definitely use them again.

Rapid response and quickly fixed the problem. They went out of the way to acquire the part needed and came back the same day.

Mr Appliance was able to send someone out to do the initial diagnostic the day after I originally called, and the service was completed in less than a week! The technician was communicative, friendly and so incredibly helpful when discussing different brands he would and would not recommend purchasing in the future.
