Second repair they have done on my integrated KitchenAid refrigerator and couldn’t be happier, Bachir’s been my technician both times and I am super satisfied with both his work and customer service. I will say they’re not cheap! But good service shouldn’t be. Thanks again Mr. Appliance! See you next time!!

💯 professional and reliable service. Kolby the technician was outstanding and very knowledgeable and informative. Explained how my freezer and fridge worked and what was wrong after 5 minutes. The only company I’ll ever use for any appliance that fails. Completely trustworthy.

Appointment setup was easy. Technician showed up when they said he would. Problem was diagnosed and he had the repair part in his truck. Problem was fixed and my dryer works again. 10/10 will call these guys first next time.
