Having been in the HVAC industry for 35 years I can say these guys are A+. Quality service is never the cheapest. I was most impressed with the tech’s ability to diagnose & explain the issues. Luke was upfront and honest about our options. Definitely worth the price.

Our icemaker quit operating and we needed to get it repaired or replaced. Having previously written a magazine article about Mr. Appliance, I reached out to them due to their good reputation. I booked the service online, and they provided excellent communications throughout the process via texts and email. The two service techs, both named Joel, were very professional and courteous and they got the job done on time.

After attempting to fix my 2018 Kitchen Aid side by side refrigerator ice maker, I called Mr. Appliance in Hendersonville to schedule a time to help me. Luke arrived and within 10 minutes found the problem. Fraid wires had snapped and cut off my icemaker. He had pictures and a full detail of his findings. He gave me my options and was satisfied with his opinion. Honest and sincere. I am so excited to see a full service company like Mr. Appliance with professionalism and honesty. I easily paid him for his service and will recommend this company to my neighbors. Thank you Luke!! Keep up the great job!!

Oh my gosh!!! I have no words!!! Words cannot even express how much I appreciate you guys!!! It was a little pricey but you know what it? was worth it. the technician was incredible he even cleaned out my vent I thought I was going to have to hire somebody else to do that what an incredible company this is. I will be recommending them to others assuredly!!! Thank you guys so much!!! I'm almost in tears with appreciation!!! I was just diagnosed with cervical cancer and I'm going to go through treatments in a few weeks and I knew I needed my dryer by then you guys got out here the next day. Repairman was early, diagnosed the problem with the washing machine quickly. It wasn’t something he could fix, so I had to call a plumber. He did not charge me. It is working fine now. I will definitely be using them in the future! Thanks Luke!
