I called and they came out within a day or 2 and diagnosed my washer, ordered the part and within 2 days my washer was working! Highly recommend, great customer service and a year's warranty. The service man was excellent.

The technician Jonathan was knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything clearly. Scheduling was easy, and they arrived on time, which I really appreciated. Honest, reliable, and on time! The original diagnostic appointment estimated I needed two new parts for the repair of my double ovens. The parts needed to be ordered and during the next visit when the entire unit was removed the repairman realized the parts did not need to be replaced and they easily fixed the issue. They could have repaired the issue and replaced the parts anyway and I would not have even known! Super honest company! Luke is an exceptional technician, personable, knowledgeable and I will call and ask for him personally if I am in need of another appliance repair!
