The technician Jonathan was knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything clearly. Scheduling was easy, and they arrived on time, which I really appreciated. Honest, reliable, and on time! The original diagnostic appointment estimated I needed two new parts for the repair of my double ovens. The parts needed to be ordered and during the next visit when the entire unit was removed the repairman realized the parts did not need to be replaced and they easily fixed the issue. They could have repaired the issue and replaced the parts anyway and I would not have even known! Super honest company! Luke is an exceptional technician, personable, knowledgeable and I will call and ask for him personally if I am in need of another appliance repair!

He was very good at explaining my problem with my ice maker. He returned 2 days later with a new ice maker and had it in in no time. He was very polite and knew what he was doing. I would use them again.

Technician came on time and diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher. The part was ordered and he returned a few days later and quickly installed it. Very pleased with their service.

Dean Was on time and very courteous. He assessed our problems and told us what it would cost us to repair. We agreed and he proceeded to fix our problem with our bottom freezer refrigerator. He dismantled the bottom freezer drawers and was on his back and side most of the time thawing out our coils with a steamer to melt the ice and unplug a drain pipe that was frozen . He knew exactly what he was doing. He was a worker and put everything back together properly and now the freezer is working just like it was new again. His price was reasonable so thank you Mr Appliance.
