Mr Appliance went above and beyond trying to isolate the problem to our dryer.
Mr. Appliance (I guess formerly Bob Wallace Aplliance) was great service wise. Their technician was friendly and professional. He came right in and diagnosed our refrigerator issue promptly. Had the part he needed with him and fixed it quickly. We bought all of our appliances at Bob Wallace when we built 10 years ago and will continue to do so. Just glad our refrigerator could be repaired promptly and at a reasonable cost so we don’t have to replace it at this time.

Simple phone call, scheduled visit, Greg (repairman) showed up on time, diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. Fantastic service and processes are right. Great company and the only one I will call for my appliance repairs.

I am glad I heard about Mr.Appliance on the radio. Washer was giving codes and the dryer didn't seem to be drying all the way. Called for an appointment and they came 2 days later. Casey was our repair guy. He was very courteous, wore boot covers when he entered the house, and was very knowledgeable. He found my issues without having to replace any parts. I was expecting to need new circuit boards or something expensive. The charge was impressive. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family. If your having problems, try them out before buying a replacement appliance. You'll be glad you did. I recommend them.
