Everyone at Mr. Appliance was very communicative. Marco serviced our washing machine and was very kind and professional. Logan at the office called several times to make sure I was informed of where the part was that we had to order and to ensure my appointment time still worked for me. Would definitely use them again.
I have never had a bad experience with Mr Appliance. Marco was on time, professional, friendly, and fixed the problem efficiently. I will always use the guys to repair my appliances!
Marco was very thorough and knowledgeable about diagnosing what was wrong with my washing machine! Part came in and he installed it next business day with no problems. Did laundry for 2 weeks now, and it works fine like new! Will call them for any other appliance issue I may have!

Mr. Appliance was able to schedule my washing machine repair very quickly. Marco came out and was very careful about foot coverings and used his own door mat. He was friendly and very quickly diagnosed the problem. He did not charge me for that repair because it was an easy fix but recommended a repair to the shock absorbers which I was happy to have fixed. He was able to come back in a couple hours and fix it, so everything was done in one day. Very happy with the service.
