Outstanding work by Eric Larose, the repairman. Both he and his apprentice worked together to repair our washer to ensure that the appliance was fully operational. Mr. Larose explained everything that was replaced and concluded his repairs by running a comprehensive diagnostic of the washer so I would know that it was now fully functional and ready for use. He was extremely polite, well mannered and highly competent throughout the repairs. I would recommend Mr. Appliance and Mr. Larose to anyone.

This company’s customer service is impressive and their techs are knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend. Matt was great!! He called to let me know when he was headed to my house. He finished the repair quickly and made sure that it was done correctly. He even switched out the wrong screws that were originally used to install the freezer door.

We had a dryer that quit working, which is always a bad thing, especially with a large family. We called Mr. Appliance and they were able to get us an appointment quickly. Their tech Eric was knowledgeable and kept us informed on what the problem was in our dryer. He ordered the needed parts and came out to fix it very quickly.
