our washer sprung a leak so I I filled out a form online during the weekend. Monday morning I got a follow up call and they were able to get to me that day instead of the Wednesday appointment that the web page form had me pick. By Monday evening, the washer was fixed. Chris was the technician and he was professional and friendly and made sure to explain to me what was found. thanks for the great service!

Fantastic experience. Filled out an appointment request over the weekend and received a call Monday morning to confirm. Made mention that I was home all day and if they had anything sooner than the Wednesday appointment that was available online that would work really well. Within a few minutes I got a call back saying there was a technician that was able to come today. A couple hours later, Chris arrived and had our washer back up and running in no time. Had pictures of the problem on his tablet to show and even saw something else in the picture he didn't like and took it back apart to make sure that it was fixed and not going to be a problem. Very professional and friendly. Will use them again for sure!

The guy who came to look at our fridge was super nice and explained the issue. He was able to identify the main issue that others couldn't and let us know what we had to do since sadly it was more of a tech thing. Overall, great experience.
