I was very impressed with the service tech from Mr. Appliance, Randy! He arrived in timely manner and diagnosed the problem quickly. My washer was 2 days away from the warranty ending. Randy called Whirlpool and set up the appointment for the warranty repair tech to come out. Saved me a lot of money! I was happy to pay the service call knowing the control panel was covered. Randy was an answer to prayer!

Appointment was set promptly and Service personnel was very professional and came on time. Parts were ordered and service person came back and replaced failed part. Our appliance works like new again and Mark, our serviceman was very professional and explained everything he was doing and what was wrong and how he was going to fix it, then did. Problem solved! It took a week to fix the problem, had to wait for the part to come in, thankfully it wasn't an emergency, but the technician was very friendly and did what he said and more for the price quoted.

The technician was on time and identified the issue, ordered the part and returned the following week. He was very professional and did excellent work on the motor in my ice dispenser. Highly recommend.

The water inlet valve needed replaced after overflowing while filling. Randy with Mr. Appliance fixed and all seems to be well now. From making the appt to completion..handled very professionally, communication was great...would definitely recommend. Thank you!
