I was very impressed with the service tech from Mr. Appliance, Randy! He arrived in timely manner and diagnosed the problem quickly. My washer was 2 days away from the warranty ending. Randy called Whirlpool and set up the appointment for the warranty repair tech to come out. Saved me a lot of money! I was happy to pay the service call knowing the control panel was covered. Randy was an answer to prayer!

Appointment was set promptly and Service personnel was very professional and came on time. Parts were ordered and service person came back and replaced failed part. Our appliance works like new again and Mark, our serviceman was very professional and explained everything he was doing and what was wrong and how he was going to fix it, then did.
