I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance if your machine is modern. If, however, you have "vintage" equipment that needs repair, I would recommend finding new appliances. Parts are largely unavailable for older ones. (Ours were circa 1985.) The fault is not on them...

I was able to quickly get an appointment. The technician quickly diagnosed my refrigerator problem and told me how to deal with the manufacturer to use the warranty. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance.

I'm not saying this will be your experience, but I called them at 12:45. They gave me a window of 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. by 12:55 the gentleman was in my house working on my fridge. After he had finished going through everything looked up the parts that were going to need to be replaced gave me a quote he told me it would not be worth the money to fix the fridge. That was hard to hear, but I appreciate that where he could have guided me towards a repair on a machine that would likely be breaking down again within a year so allowing him to come back again, instead gave me the hard truth and walked away from additional work. I would usually say you can't buy that kind of integrity, but clearly you can with Mr Appliance

Repair men arrived on time and were very professional. They put booties over their shoes and went straight to work. They told me pretty quickly what the problem with my washing machine was and after I approved the charge, they fixed it on the spot. My machine works great and there’s a 30 day warranty on their work. I’ll definitely call them again.
